Reagan R. Herod is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation, transactional law, and corporate legal strategy. As a Partner at Gibson Herod Law in Dallas, he leads a high-volume litigation practice, representing clients in complex legal matters from inception through trial. His expertise includes first-chair bench trial experience, depositions, motion practice, and strategic legal counseling. Additionally, he drafts and negotiates a wide range of contracts, employment agreements, and real estate documents.

Before joining Gibson Herod Law, Reagan served as Associate General Counsel at FTS International, where he managed litigation, employment disputes, regulatory compliance, and corporate investigations. He played a critical role in defending FLSA cases, wrongful termination claims, and OSHA/MSHA proceedings.

Reagan began his legal career as a Law Clerk at the Texas Eleventh Court of Appeals, gaining invaluable experience in judicial decision-making. He holds a J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and a B.B.A. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Abilene Christian University. His legal scholarship includes contributions to the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law on the intersection of energy and government policy.
