From Shy to Confident: Archana’s Journey Through the AIM Program
Archana Yadav was a shy girl who hesitated to speak in class. She always felt unable to express her thoughts and was afraid to ask questions. Her parents and teachers were concerned about this habit, as they knew that her lack of confidence could negatively affect her academic performance.
When the Our Aim Foundation started the Aim Program in the school which includes meditation sessions and moral education aimed at improving students’ mental and emotional well-being Archana decided to participate.
At first, Archana found it difficult to meditate. Her mind would wander, and she couldn’t concentrate. But she didn’t give up she continued practicing regularly and took part in the moral education activities.
Gradually, Archana began to experience the benefits of meditation. She noticed that she was becoming calmer and more focused, and her thoughts were becoming clearer. She also realized that she could now express her feelings and ideas more easily.
After a few weeks, Archana started participating more actively in class. She began asking questions to her teachers and felt more confident while expressing her opinions. Archana enjoys meditation very much and regularly takes part in moral education activities. She has learned important values like honesty, kindness, perseverance, sharing, responsibility, empathy, and patience.
Today, Archana is a confident girl who can express her thoughts clearly. She has also improved her academic performance, and her parents and teachers are very happy with her progress.
Archana’s story shows how the meditation sessions and moral education under the Our Aim Foundation’s Aim Program have brought positive changes in students’ lives. Through regular meditation and value-based learning, Archana has built her self-confidence and is now successfully achieving her educational goals.
