Farida Khemani

Farida Khemani is a Senior Partner and owner at All Color Badge & Awards, a minority, and woman-owned company. Farida was instrumental in building All Color from a small family-owned company to a multi-million-dollar organization serving customers nationwide.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Karachi, Farida serves as President and CEO of the All Color Press of Texas Inc. Farida’s leadership and focus led the company to attain recognition as a leader and a go-to company in the industry. 

With over 20 years of business, Financial, and leadership experience, Farida is serving as a member of the community engagement team to Aga Khan Foundation USA’s National Committee. She has worked with the Ismaili community, mainly with the Aga Khan Foundation and her local Boy Scouts troop. With AKF, she served for four years as Volunteer Committee Vice-Chairperson and two Years as Chairperson for the Central U.S. region, where she increased net funds raised by 15% annually and was instrumental in the development of the program team initiatives. 

Before AKF, Farida has acted as Committee Chairperson for the Boy Scouts and Cub Master throughout her 12-year tenure with Troop 758. There she taught leadership and organizational skills to scouts and parents pursuing the rank of Eagle Scout. Farida has personally guided over 35 Scouts to the Rank of Eagle, the highest and most prestigious award and rank available for youth development programs.

With these leadership experiences, Farida has developed a strong sense of devotion to improving people’s quality of life across the globe.
