Dr. Dave Barzelay

Dr. Dave Barzelay is a public servant with a rich history of contributing to governmental and nonprofit sectors. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to enhancing communities in both the US Virgin Islands and Florida. Proficient in grant composition, fundraising strategies, website management, program oversight, communication tactics, and event coordination, Dr. Barzelay brings a wealth of expertise to his roles. Currently, he serves as the vital link for collaborative international development projects between Our AIM Foundation and the Rotary Club of Seven Springs. Dr. Barzelay’s academic journey includes earning a BA from Southern Methodist University, a Master of Divinity from Drew Theological Seminary, and a PhD from Drew Graduate School.
